There are some restrictions to reversing an approval, updating a status, or deleting a requisition. These are largely due to Smart Materials modules being integrated. There are specific tools available to delete or change the status. For example, if the requisition has been released to procurement and procurement has assigned it to a buyer and created an inquiry based on the requisition, it is not possible to delete the requisition without first deleting the inquiry document.
To delete a requisition:

Delete any procurement inquiries.

Update the requisition status form closed to open.

Delete the requisition.
