The Process Line List (PLL) for Intergraph Smart Materials is an independent tool for managing information regarding the line list.
The PLL import interface allows for data interchange between different systems via XML (eXtensible Markup Language) files. The data exchange through XML allows data to route from Smart Materials into another system.
The Document Type Definition (DTD) determine the structure of the XML file for Smart Materials file processing.
If you need to modify the data, you must collect the attributes needed for the XML file, define the corresponding join conditions, and, possibly, write procedures.
Some PL/SQL knowledge as well as Smart Materials data structure knowledge is mandatory.
