The Requisition Quantity field shows the sum of the released quantities of all requisition line items associated with the order line item of this item shipment. If project default ZP_ISH_QTY is set to NEW, the quantity released with the latest supplement is shown. If ZP_ISH_QTY is set to KEEP or KWO0, the quantity released with the first supplement for which the item shipment has been created is shown.

The Released Quantity field shows the total quantity released by engineering (as shown on the Line Items tab of the R.30.01 Maintain Requisitions screen). If project default ZP_ISH_QTY is set to NEW, the total quantity released with the latest supplement is shown. If ZP_ISH_QTY is set to KEEP or KWO0, the total quantity released with the first supplement for which the item shipment has been created is shown.

The Order Quantity field shows the quantity placed on the corresponding order line item. If project default ZP_ISH_QTY is set to NEW, the order quantity released with the latest supplement is shown. If ZP_ISH_QTY is set to KEEP or KWO0, the order quantity of the first supplement for which the item shipment has been created is shown.

The Order Variation field shows the difference between the order line item quantity on the actual supplement and the order line item quantity on the previous supplement.

The Item Ship Quantity field shows the quantity of the item shipment to be delivered. The quantity can only be updated as long as no MCS, IRC, and/or release note have been assigned to the item shipment.

When an additional item shipment is created, the default quantity suggested is calculated by subtracting all previous item shipment quantities from the ordered quantity. If the ordered quantity or even more has already been covered, the default quantity is 0.

If the sum of all item shipment quantities of an order line item exceeds the quantity that has been ordered, a warning appears.

If necessary, the quantity of preliminary package items that have been created for the item shipment on the PT.20.21 Preliminary Packages screen is adjusted because you can only place the item shipment quantity in preliminary packages at most.

With regard to master and detail tags, you cannot update the quantity of master tags. If you update the quantity of a detail tag created on the order line item level, you are asked whether you want to update the order line item quantity as well. This feature allows you to update the order line item quantity of newly created detail tags created by expediting after the approval of the order.

Detail tags are created with a default quantity of 1.

For more information about splitting tagged items, see the description of the Split Tag button below and Split Tag.

In the case of an order for the corporate or FIM warehouses, quantity changes in expediting have no effect on the quantities available in these warehouses.

The ISH-Req Delta field shows the delta quantity between item shipments of the order line item and associated requisition line items. In the case of split tags, only master tags are taken into account.

The ISH-PO Delta field shows the delta quantity between item shipments and the order line item. In the case of split tags, only master tags are taken into account.

The PO-Req Delta field shows the delta quantity between the order line item and associated requisition line items. In the case of split tags, only master tags are taken into account.

The Approved Quantity field shows the quantity of the item shipment on an approved release note.

The Total Approved Quantity field shows the sum of quantities of the corresponding order line item on approved release notes.

The Received Quantity field shows the quantity that has already been received on site for the item shipment. Depending on the setting of project default ZP_RECVQTY, either all MRRs are taken into account or only MRRs that have already been posted.

The Quantity Unit field shows the unit of the item shipment, MCS, IRC, and release note quantity.

You can only update the quantity unit of detail tags. You can double-click in this field to open the A.10.12 Units of Measure screen. All units defined for the unit groups 'WEIGHT,' 'VOLUME,' and 'QUANTITY' are available for selection.
