On the Transport Costs tab, you can attach price codes (as defined on PT.10.02 Transport Costs) to the selected means of conveyance. These price codes will form the basis for the calculation of the transport costs of the MOC. Besides the price codes attached to the MOC, all price codes attached to either a release note on this MOC or to any package assigned to one of these release notes are displayed.

Select the type of object to which the price code is attached from the drop-down list in the Level field. Available values are 'Means of Conveyance', 'Release Note', and 'Package'. However, when inserting a new record, you can select only 'Means of Conveyance'. If you intend to attach a price code to a release note or a package, you must use the P.70.74 Packages screen.

The Release Note/Package Number field displays the name/number of the release note or package to which the current price code is attached. If the price code is attached to the means of conveyance, this field remains empty.

Select the name of the price code from the multi-selection LOV in the Price Code field.

Select the Sel check box of the price codes to be added to the MOC, or click the Select All button to select all displayed price codes. The Deselect All button cancels the selection. To copy the selected price codes to the Transport Costs tab, click the Fill In or the Fill in and Return buttons. The Fill In and Return button closes the LOV, while the Fill In button allows you to continue with selection. The Cancel button closes the LOV without copying any item.

The price code descriptions are displayed in the Short Desc and Description fields.

The Destination field displays the name of the destination, the MOT Code field the code of the method of transportation (MOT), the Geographical Area field the name of the geographical area, the Price/Base Unit field the price per base unit, the Currency field the currency for the price per base unit, the Price Base field the base of prices within traffic, and the Base Unit field the unit of the price base. All these fields are populated from the selected price code.

In the Quantity field, enter the quantity with respect to the base unit of the price code. This information is required for price codes with price base 'Other' only.

The Total Price field shows the total price this price code yields for the object to which it has been attached.

You can select the Approved check box to mark the transport cost detail as approved.

Enter the transport invoice number in the Transport Invoice Number field.

Select the issue date of the transport invoice from the LOV in the Transport Invoice Date field.

The Total Cost field displays the total transport costs for the selected MOC. If not all records are displayed due to a restricted query, this restriction will also affect the displayed total transport costs. In the case of currency conversion failures, the background of this field will be set to red, and the displayed value will only comprise the records where currency conversion was successful or not needed.

The currency of the total costs is shown in the Currency field. If all price codes currently queried have the same currency, the total costs will be calculated for this currency. However, if at least two different currencies appear among the records in this block, the total costs will be converted to the currency specified by the project default ZX_CURCY. If a currency conversion happens, the appropriate exchange rate from PT.10.03 EML Numbers is looked up, taking into account the EML the price code is related to. If the requested EML-specific exchange rate does not exist, a suitable entry from A.10.13 Unit to Unit is searched for.
