In the first (Reverse MTO) block, you can select MTO jobs to be reversed.

Click the Enter Query button, enter the job you want to reverse in the MTO Job field, and click Exe Query. Click the Reverse button to start the cancelation of the selected MTO job. The message below will appear; click Yes to continue.

If an MTO job is reversed, all requisitions created by this run will be deleted. Deleting a requisition means that the requisition trace, all requisition line items, all attachments, and the requisition itself are deleted.

If you try to reverse an MTO job although related requisitions have been released to procurement, the message ‘MAR-25070: Reverse MTO not possible’ will occur.

Reversing an MTO job is only possible if:

  • the user is logged in with the discipline of the MTO job

  • none of the requisitions created by this MTO job have been released to procurement
