On the C.30.11 Reservation Run screen, you must define a reservation run that is used to reserve the needed shapes that are available in the inventory.

  1. Open the C.30.11 Reservation Run screen.

  1. Click Cancel Query to switch to insert mode.

  2. Type a name in the Reservation Code box.

  3. Type the run description in the Short Desc and Description boxes.

  4. Enter a list status in the List Status box.

  5. Set other options as needed.

  6. For more information, see Reservation Run.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Click Fastcall and select C.30.01.01 Assigned Warehouses.

  9. Click List of values in the Warehouse box.

  10. Select the warehouse(s) where the shapes are stored.

  11. Click Fill In.

  12. Close C.30.01.01.

  13. Click Fastcall and select C.30.01.02 Assigned Work Packages.

  14. Type a number in the Priority box.

  15. Select the work package from the List of values in the Work Package box.

    The assigned BOM nodes are displayed in the block at the bottom of the screen.

  16. Select a pre-defined where condition from the list in the Where Condition for Ident box.

  17. Click Save and close C.30.01.02.
