If for a revised requisition not all materials have been inquired or purchased completely and the related quotes are not approved and for the previous revision of the requisition an inquiry has been created, the additional option Update Inquiry is available. If you select this option, the inquiry and its associated quotes will be updated.
If the revision of the requisition has only resulted in updating existing line items, these modifications are applied to the quotes when choosing this option. If any new line items were added to the requisition, the P.30.03 Inquiry Assignment is opened, where you can assign these new line items to one of the existing inquiries associated with the requisition.
