This setting controls the display order of requisition line items in the Line Items folder on the R.30.01 Maintain Requisitions screen. The requisition line items can be ordered by:

Position and sub position

Tag number, commodity code (CC) and sizes 1 - 5

Ident code

Increased quantity (see below)

Proc seq (sequence number for procurement)
Ordering the data by increased quantity means that all line items with a positive increased quantity are displayed first, followed by the line items with a negative increased quantity. The line items with an increased quantity of zero are displayed last. Within these three groups, the requisition line items are ordered by the proc seq (sequence number for procurement).
