This project default specifies the default values for Export License Required and % Dom. Prod. on quote details creation when approving an inquiry, and on order line items not based on quote details.
If ZP_EXPLICR is set to Y, Export License Required is set to Yes and % Dom. Prod. to 0.
If ZP_EXPLICR is set to N, Export License Required is set to No and % Dom. Prod. to 100.
