With this project default you can control whether the TE Rqd (technical evaluation required) check box on the Alternates/Options tab in P.30.22 Commercial Evaluation: Window 2 can be set only for type Alternate or for both types Alternate and Option.
If ZP_TERQOPT is set to N, TE Rqd can only be selected for alternates.
If ZP_TERQOPT is set to Y, TE Rqd can be selected for alternates and options.
