Specifies whether a user can view or modify a MRR, MTR, MIR, or PICS in Mobile Scan.
Y - Allows a user to view or modify only those items for which are assigned to the user in MRR, MTR, MIR, or PICS in Mobile Scan.
N - Allows a user to view or modify all the items irrespective of assignments in MRR, MTR, MIR, or PICS in Mobile Scan.
