This DBA setting is used for Smart Materials - EcoSys Integration. It defines the frequency (in hours) in which an agreement job runs repeatedly.
For example: if you provide 2 as value, agreement job runs after every two hours and all the recent changes reflect in the application.
To start the job, run "BEGIN m_pck_ecosys.load_agreements; END".
