Companies must be set up in the Administration module to be used later in other Smart Materials modules. For example, companies are used in E&PI(Req) to be assigned to requisitions as potential bidders, in MSCM to be assigned to inquiries as bidders or to agreements as suppliers, and in the Site module for materials issue to subcontractors.
