  • New project default ZP_INH_BDD is introduced with 10.1 Service Pack 16 to control if bidder's bid due date is copied from previous supplement on creating a new inquiry supplement (see ZP_INH_BDD) (CR-MA88637)

  • New project defaults are introduced with 10.1 Service Pack 7:

    ZP_MS_ACFD - to control Automatic Calculation of Forecasted Dates (see ZP_MS_ACFD)

    ZP_MS_SFAD - to control Synchronization of Forecasted Dates with Actual Dates (see ZP_MS_SFAD)

    Additionally, existing ZP_MS_CALC is renamed to ZP_MS_ACPD because it only deals with Automatic Calculation of Planned Dates) (see ZP_MS_ACPD) (TR-MA85671).

  • The new project ZP_MC_FLCK, introduced with 10.1 Service Pack 1, can be used to enable automatic locking of forecast dates upon creation of a milestone plan (see ZP_MS_FLCK) (DI-MA77792).

  • With the new project default ZC_HEATQTY you control if the validations (heat numbers being unique and total quantity of individual heat numbers received should match with the total line item quantity) will be performed in the Materials Issuing, Materials Transfer, and Materials Receiving pages of Site module. (see ZC_HEATQTY) (CR-MA-67252)

  • With the new project default ZB_TAGSEAR you control how the software searches for existing tag numbers on importing BOM positions (see ZB_TAGSEAR) (TR-MA70265).

  • With the new project default ZP_INCIZRO you can control if zero quantities on requisition line items are considered and copied to inquiry (see ZP_INCIZRO) (CR-MA57330).

  • With the new project default ZP_RFIMODE you control if emails are sent to the buyer or additionally to requisition originator and approver on submitting technical RFIs from Portal (see ZP_RFIMODE) (CR-MA74790).

  • With the new project default ZC_SRR_MIR you control if multiple material issue reports (MIR) can be created for stores requisition reports (SRR) by reservation (see ZC_SRR_MIR) (CR-MA76773).

  • With the new project defaults ZP_EMT_RAB and ZP_EMT_RQB you can specify email templates that are used to notify the suppliers, if the buyer submits a question or an answer for an inquiry related Request for Information (RFI) (see ZP_EMT_RAB, ZP_EMT_RQB) (CR-MA77840).

  • With the new project default ZP_MS_CALC you control whether planned dates of a planning item should be recalculated automatically prior to displaying the milestone data. (see ZP_MS_ACPD) (TR-MA64069, TR-MA65671).

  • With the new project default ZP_INQAPRV you can control if a new inquiry supplement should be automatically approved on creation. (see ZP_INQAPRV) (CR-MA54165).

  • With the new project defaults ZP_EMT_RFC and ZP_EMT_RFO you define the email templates that will be taken when changing RFI status to Close or Open on screen P.30.22 or P.30.23 to send emails (see ZP_EMT_RFC and ZP_EMT_RFO) (CR-MA52258).

  • With the new project default ZP_LIM_INQ you can restrict the available inquiries to users who are assigned to the corresponding requisition as originator or approver (see ZP_LIM_INQ) (CR-MA55623).

  • With the new project default ZP_EMT_RQM you define the email template that will be taken when approving an inquiry supplement >0 in screen P.30.21 to send emails to the bidders (see ZP_EMT_RQM) (CR-MA54351).

  • With the new project default ZC_CHK_OI you can activate a check on revising a MIR, if all on-hand quantities of overissued material from last revision are available (see ZC_CHK_OI) (TR-MA53455).

  • The project default ZX_ADMLANG can now be used to determine in which language the user security entries are created when Global Access is set (see ZX_ADMLANG) (CR-MA56292).

  • With the new project default ZP_PAR_APR you can enable parallel approval (see ZP_PAR_APR) (CR-MA50448).

  • With the new project default ZP_MAILBUY you can control whether an additional email is sent to the buyer of the requisition(s) assigned to the inquiry, when a supplier submits a bid (see ZP_MAILBUY) (CR-MA54253).

  • With the new project default ZP_TERQOPT you can control whether the TE Rqd check box can be set only for alternates or for alternates and options (see ZP_TERQOPT) (CR-MA56744).

  • With the new project default ZP_ACK_DOC, you can control if transport documents need to be separately acknowledged by the traffic coordinator as part of packing list approval (see ZP_ACK_DOC) (CR-MA60399).

  • With the new project default ZP_EML_SHP, you can provide a default EML for shipment related tasks (seeZP_EML_SHP) (CR-MA60397).

  • The new project default ZP_HIDEQ enables you to hide the question in an RFI answer email if the answer goes to all bidders (see ZP_HIDEQ) (TR-MA58930).

  • The new project default ZP_COR_ISD controls if only issued change order requests (CORs) are available to subcontractors in the Portal (see ZP_COR_ISD) (TR-MA57319).

  • The obsolete project default ZP_EMT_RI has been removed.

Version 2016 R3 (8.3.0)

  • With the new project default ZP_COR_LI you control whether price breakdown for change order requests (COR) is defined on agreement level or on line item level (see ZP_COR_LI) (CR-MA44702).

  • With the new project default ZP_QU_RECV you can define when the quote receipt date is set, either on first edit of the inquiry or on submit of the finalized quote (see ZP_QU_RECV) (CR-MA47203).

  • With the new project default ZP_SPL_LI you can enable capture of supplementary items in Expediting (see ZP_SPL_SI) (CR-MA47281).

  • With the new project default ZP_DEF_PTL you can control whether the Portal check box is marked or not when creating an inquiry (see ZP_DEF_PTL) (CR-MA50248).

  • This new project default ZS_IDT_PG is used to control if idents are created in the product group (if all the upstream data associated with the ident is available in the product group), although the user is logged in to the project (see ZS_IDT_PG) (CR-MA36959).

  • The new project default ZC_ASSIGN verifies whether a user can view or modify MRR, MIR, MTR, or PICS in Mobile Scan. (see ZC_ASSIGN). (CR-MA35727).

  • The new project default ZC_BRVAL verifies if a barcode is in use before assigning the barcode to a different item. (see ZC_BRVAL). (CR-MA43480).

  • The new project default ZC_DSP_ITM verifies whether to display items based on the expected quantity and the received quantity. (see ZC_DSP_ITM). (CR-MA49125).

  • The new project default ZC_PCK_ATT identifies whether a scanned item is part of a package. (see ZC_PCK_ATT). (CR-MA40490).

  • With the new project default ZP_PROMCTR you can control whether the Prom Contract Date of an item shipment on a release note is taken from the previous agreement supplement or from the change order in case of CO approval (see ZP_PROMCTR) (TR-MA51925).

Version 2016 R2 (8.2.0)

  • With the existing project default ZP_SMINCPO, you can now control if the SM.40.01, SM.40.02, and SM.40.03 screens and the Agreement Details tab of P.50.07 in Classic are also available for agreements of type Order. (see ZP_SMINCPO) (CR-MA39584).

  • With new project defaults you can control if emails are sent to the supplier (ZP_EML_SUP) and/or traffic coordinator (ZP_EML_TC) in case a release note is approved or the approval is reversed (see ZP_EML_SUP and ZP_EML_TC) (CR-MA39415).

  • With the new project default ZP_PPE_SET, you define an attribute that is used to specify the progress payment set for an ident, to populate the details of the associated progress payment set to the progress payment events on agreement line item level when placing the ident on an agreement line item (see ZP_PPE_SET) (CR-MA39108).

  • With the new project default ZP_EMT_RQ you define an email template to notify users when a question of a request for information (RFI) is sent (see ZP_EMT_RQ) (CR-MA41945, CR-MA41950).

  • If you set ZP_TND_PRD to E (new option), inquiries that are not exposed to the Portal are excluded from closed tender (see ZP_TND_PRD) (CR-MA42238).

  • With the new project default ZC_WLA_ATT you specify a group-by attribute to store the warehouse/location attribute set, and with ZC_WLA_USE to enable the usage of warehouse/location attribute sets (see ZC_WLA_ATT and ZC_WLA_USE) (CR-MA40232).

  • With the new project default ZP_MRR_RCV you control whether agreements can be approved dependent on the received quantity compared to the item shipment quantity of the new agreement supplement (see ZP_MRR_RCV) (TR-MA30203).
