With function write_mrr_by_traffic you can create rows in table m_traffic_matl_recvs as in C.20.02 MRR by Traffic screen in Smart Materials Classic. After creation of a traffic receiving line based on traffic type and value (pk_id), all associated MRRs are created automatically (similar to using the corresponding button in C.20.02). The MRRs can then be viewed or edited on C.20.01 MRR by PO or C.20.04 MRR by Release Notes screen.
On successful processing of this function, the new tmr_id is returned. In other case, the value -1 is returned. In addition, the out-parameter p_result returns -20000 and p_message returns an appropriate message.
