Select View > Toolbars > Customize Command to display the Customize Dialog.

Select New on the Toolbars Tab (Customize Dialog) to display the New Toolbar dialog.

Type the name of the new toolbar, and then select OK.

Select the Commands Tab (Customize Dialog).

In the Categories list, select the group that contains the command to place on the new toolbar

In the Commands list, select the command to place on the new toolbar, and then drag it onto the new toolbar.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you have added all the needed commands on the new toolbar.

To rename a custom toolbar, select View > Toolbars > Customize, and then select the Toolbars tab. In the Toolbars list, select the custom toolbar to rename. In the Toolbar name box, type a new name.

To delete a custom toolbar, select View > Toolbars > Customize, and then select the Toolbars tab. In the Toolbars list, select the custom toolbar to delete, and then select Delete.
