You can make pipelines coincidental using Copy and Paste . Consider the dimensioned sketch below:
The steps below show how to create a second pipeline coincident to the one in the example.

Select Edit > Select <Regional Select> Command > All to select the entire pipeline, and then select Copy on the Edit toolbar.

Select Place > Pipeline to add a new pipeline. By default, the second pipeline is active. You can also right-click the POD in the Pipeline Explorer, and then select Add Pipeline.

Select Paste on the Edit toolbar to place a copy of the original pipeline.

On your keyboard, press the right arrow key twice to rotate the pipeline 180-degrees.

Click once in the Detail window to place the rotated pipeline.
Select Window > Cascade so that you can view both pipelines simultaneously.

Select Dimension > Query 3D Coordinate Command , and then select the stem of the origin in P-1.

In the Properties window, select Copy Coordinates.

Right-click Sheet_1 in the second pipeline (P-2) and select Activate Sheet.

Select Query 3D Coordinate on the Dimension toolbar, and then select the open end of the 1.5" bore pipe.

Select Paste Coordinates in the Properties window, and then select OK in the Add Origin Dialog.
The two pipelines are now coincidental.

Select View > 3D View > Show to open the 3D View window.
