When you delete an object from the sketch, it is removed permanently and cannot be reinserted. However, you can restore an object by immediately selecting Undo
on the Edit toolbar.

You can select all like objects using Edit > Select Like Command, and then delete all of them in a single operation.

When you delete a component from a pipeline, the break is repaired.
