Select SmartPlant > Retrieve.
The software searches for POD documents that are ready for retrieval and lists the documents in the Retrieve POD File Dialog.

The SmartPlant menu is available only if you register the active project.

If you are not currently logged in to the integrated environment, SmartPlant Foundation displays the login window.

Select the POD document to retrieve.

Press and hold down the Shift key while selecting to select multiple documents.

To sort a column, select the column header.

Select OK to retrieve the specified document.
A progress bar shows the processing status. For a single document, Smart Isometrics opens the POD file and displays its contents after a successful retrieval.
When retrieving multiple documents, the software displays a message box if the retrieval
operation is successful. Select OK to close the message box. You must open each retrieved file manually.
