Select Tools > Perform All Checks Command.
The software runs each check in sequence and displays a message box to acknowledge the completion of a check.

Select OK in each message box that displays.

The software reports all errors and inconsistencies in the Errors window.

If the software detects any errors or inconsistencies in the pipeline configuration, you must resolve each one before re-running the check.
