It is recommended to make a copy of the Web.config file before making changes.

  1. Browse to [Product installation folder]\Instrumentation\WEB Services\SI Web API\<version number> folder.

  2. Locate and open the web.config file using a text editor.

  3. For ClientId, enter the Client ID you saved after creating an application while setting up Okta authorization server.

  4. Locate the UsePKCE attribute and set the value to True.
