The Projects node displays only after projects are enabled for the plant. When projects are enabled,
the plant structure becomes the 
Plant, which is often referred to as the Master or As-Built plant. This node shows
the active projects in the Plant and displays their attributes in the List view.
Project names must be unique within a plant and cannot contain any of the following
characters: ~ ` ^ & - + , . ? |
