Create a new ad hoc constraint - Intergraph Smart Construction - 8 - Reference - Hexagon PPM

1. Click Work Packages on the project home page.

2. Select an IWP from the Work Packages browser.

3. Click Constraints.

4. Click New Ad Hoc Constraint to open the Add Constraint dialog box.

5. Type a name for the ad hoc constraint in the Name box.

6. Specify the quantity of the constraint in the Quantity box.

7. Specify duration by typing a value in the Duration box, and select a time period.

8. Select a category for the new constraint in the Category list.

9. Type a description for the constraint in the Description box.
