  1. From the Windows Control Panel, open the Device Manager.

  2. Click Display adapters and then right-click your graphics card.

  3. Click Properties.

  4. Under the General tab, ensure that the device status shows This device is working properly.

  5. Click the Driver tab and ensure that Driver is up to date displays.
