Hot Fixes (HFs) for Smart Construction require the performance of special instructions in order to enable new features or fixes delivered in the hot fix release. You should always consult the README file delivered with the hot fix for these special instructions.
Hot Fixes are cumulative, so installing a later HF will install the files required for earlier HFs.
Starting with HF13, you must have the minimum Intergraph Smart Licensing version 14.01.16 or higher to run Smart Construction.
