The process for Smart Completions Mobile Application Configuration is outlined below:

Download the Smart Completions CCMS Mobile Application from the iOS App Store.

Configure Application Settings.

In order to configure the Smart Completions CCMS Mobile Application you must know the URL of your Smart Completions site (e.g.

Click on the application icon on your mobile device Home screen.

To setup your Smart Completions site on the mobile application select the notepad icon on the Login page.

Enter the server address:

Server Configuration Name – Enter a name for the server configuration. ‘default’ is displayed by default but the name can be changed.

Enter the Project URL.

Your Smart Completions site may be ‘http’ or ‘https’ connection type and this needs to be entered correctly. If you are unsure, please contact the Smart Completions Administrator.

Your URL must have a ‘/’ at the end.
Login to Smart Completions.

Select the Smart Completions site from the drop-down list
If you have multiple sites (e.g.production & test), select the site drop-down field. This will expand the drop-down and show you all available sites. Select the site you wish to login to.

Type your username and password.

Click Login to load the CCMS application homepage.

The CCMS Mobile Application Homepage is loaded.
Sync Mobile Application with Smart Completions database.

Click the Sync Manager icon from the Mobile Application Homepage.

Click the Sync icon from the Sync Manager to sync the data from the mobile application with your Smart Completions database.
The Sync Progress window gets closed when the sync is completed.
