Workflow Status
Status of the workflow can be distinguished by the color codes assigned to each workflow status.

The above-mentioned workflow is the default behavior of the delivered workflow for Smart Completions. You can configure to add or remove one or more steps in the workflow by following the customization of workflow settings. For more information, see Updating Workflows for Smart forms.

You can customize the color codes to represent other states of the workflow. For example, you can set color Yellow to represent Accepted and Green to represent Submitted.

The non compliance workflow works similar to the punchlist workflow.
Create a Non-Compliance

In the Home page, Click Non-Compliances.

Click on the more options, and click Create.

Enter the required information.
In the Non-Compliance tab, you can select a Task, Asset, Pack or Loop list to auto populate the related properties in the Location or Systemization Associations section.

Click Save.
Edit a Non-Compliance

In the Non-Compliance list page, select a Non-Compliance which is originated.

Click on the Edit Non-Compliance.

Edit or type the required information, and click on Save.

Click Submit.
The Non-Compliance status is now shown in Yellow.
You can work your way further to the workflow, while accepting, rejecting, completing, or closing the workflow. The status of the workflow is shown accordingly.
