The process for Smart Completions Mobile Application Configuration is outlined below:

  1. Download the Smart Completions CCMS Mobile Application from the Windows App Store.

  2. Configure Application Settings.

    In order to configure the Smart Completions CCMS Mobile Application you must know the URL of your Smart Completions site

  3. Click on the application icon on your mobile device Home screen.

  4. To setup your Smart Completions site on the mobile application select the notepad icon on the Login page.

    Add Server:

    1. Server Configuration Name – ‘default’ is displayed but the name can be changed.

    2. Enter the Project URL.

    • Your Smart Completions site may be ‘http’ or ‘https’ connection type and this needs to be entered correctly. If you are unsure, please contact your Smart Completions Administrator.

    • Your URL must have a ‘/’ at the end.

Login to Smart Completions

To login to the application follow these steps:

  1. Select the Smart Completions site from the drop-down list.

    If you have multiple sites (e.g. production & test), select the site drop-down field. This will expand the drop-down and show you all available sites. Select the site you wish to login to.

  2. Type your Username and Password.

  3. Click Login .

  4. The CCMS Mobile Application Homepage is loaded.

Sync Mobile application with Smart Completions database

To Sync Mobile Application with Smart Completions database follow these steps:

  1. Click the Sync Manager icon from the Mobile Application Homepage.

  2. Click the sync icon from the sync manager to sync the data from the mobile application with your Smart Completions database.

    The sync progress window gets closed when the sync is completed.
