Assets and Tags are any tagged objects that are both physical and digital in nature. Physical assets include things like:

• Mechanical and electrical equipment

• Instrumentation

• Manual, safety, and control valves

• Piping and flange joints

• Cabling

• Control system tags, such as indications and alarms

Assets are the operating assets within a facility and assigned to a project. In Smart Completions, assets and tags can be assigned to more than one Project in an Instance, where the same associated content would be shared across their assigned projects, such as documents. A tag can only be re-used if it is in a different instance.

• Assets - Create, update, or remove assets.

• AssetDocuments - Assign or remove documents from assets.

• AssetProjects - Assign or remove projects from assets.

• AssetDetails - Access information about assets in an instance or project.
