  • Certificates:

    • Two Sign-off with Auto Close: Certificates with this configuration will automatically transition to the closed state once both required signatures are completed.

    • Single Sign-off with Predecessor Population: In single sign-off workflows for certificates, completing the signature will automatically mark all predecessor states (Submit and Complete) as completed.

    • Certificate report enhancements: Exception tracking, tasks and punchlists integration, simplified data grouping, and sorting is now available with the updated certificate datasheet in certificate reports. (3969433, 4132075)

  • Asset Type Models: The asset type edit form now allows you to push asset type model changes directly to the associated assets. For more information, see Update Asset Type Model. (4046875)

  • You can now view critical and non-critical punchlists counts, along with defined exceptions, within the smart forms. Thumbs up/down icons for punchlist status highlights the completion readiness. For more information, see Certificate Completion with Punchlist Exceptions. (4080918)

  • Work Packages: For Construction Work Packages, you can have IWP and COW work packages as child entities, and the work packages IDs now use the parent work package type, WP type abbreviation WP discipline name, and unique ID. For more information, see Create Work Packages. (4132075)
