  • Turnover Packages:

    • Additional methods to compile Table of Contents (TOC): You can now compile TOCs for completed tasks or smart forms using additional methods such as by individual task, object, system or subsystem, or by TOC. For more information, see Compile the Table of Contents (TOC). (2126988)

    • You can now choose whether to add a task document as a reference file for a tag. For more information, see Add task documents as Reference Files section of Compile the Table of Contents (TOC). (2126988)

  • Work Packages:

    • Create a HIRA for Work Packages step tasks: You can now create a HIRA from the edit page of the corresponding planned task of the work package. For more information, see Create a HIRA for Planned Tasks. (3856128)

    • You can now view the list of associated HIRAs from the secondary tab of the Work Packages manager.

    • You can now filter their search results for work packages by using the HIRA ID filter option in the General section of the Search panel.

    • A work package can have a single HIRA associated with each of its planned tasks.

  • Assign criticality rating for an asset: You can now assign criticality ratings to assets using the Production Criticality Analysis (PCA) manager. For more information, see Assign criticality rating for an asset. (3912055)

  • Import tags into the Smart Completions system: If you have already imported documents from HxGN SDx and you are now importing tags into the Smart Completions system,

    • You can use the Asset To Documents Relationship section to create relationships for the tags that will get imported with documents existing in the system.

    • The Asset To Document tab displays all the asset-to-document relationships that get created for the tags that will get imported with documents existing in the system.

  • You can now use the SelectName custom field feature to map team binder field names to the corresponding field name in the SC FieldName section and use SelectName as custom field filter option while fetching data. For more information, see Pull Documents from Team Binder. (3900671)

  • Starting from U21, when an RFI is split for the first time, the workflow and workflow log of the parent RFI are copied to the child RFI. However, in subsequent splits, only the tags and tasks are assigned to the child RFIs. (3903982)
