Dashboard Groups

Project Communications

New User Interface

  • You can now set your preferred user interface for future logins using the Profile > Default UI option in the new interface. For more information, see Profile options. (4547205)

  • Enhancements have been made to update icons, add error messages, and resolve alignment issues for the new user interface screens. (4413370)

  • E-signature functionality is now upgraded with custom signature control. (4299550)

  • A scroll bar is now available to easily navigate through a larger number of saved searches. (4207145)

Certificates

  • You can append, preserve, and overwrite the exception comments for the certificate associated with pending punchlists or pending tasks that are marked as exception. For more information, see Managing Certificate Exceptions. (3618786)

Task Models

  • Generate smart forms as PDFs for task models. For more information, see Generate forms for task models . (4449174)

  • Introducing a new lock control for project activity planning. When enabled, this feature prevents automatic updates to scheduled start/end dates, duration, and lead/lag duration, even when a user re-runs date calculations or pushes updates from task models. For more information, see How is the date calculated for the project activity tasks section of Create a Project Activity and Task Models. (4527196)

Documents and Drawings

  • The Checkout icon has been removed from the Documents and Drawings manager, allowing multiple users to download documents simultaneously without locking it for other users. (3621135)

  • A For Mobile icon has been added to the Documents and Drawings manager, enabling users to download documents to the Smart Completions mobile app. This icon allows multiple users to flag the same document for mobile download. Others

  • You as an administrator can now configure to disable a smart form based on the locked state of an associated Management of Change (MOC), Request for Information (RFI), Work Packages, or Notice of Energization (NOE) workflow. This configuration applies to modules that use smart forms for questionnaires, excluding planned tasks. Administrators can now specify which workflow states should lock a smart form.   • To enhance export performance, the TaskStatus column field from the excel sheet has been replaced with TaskState during planned tasks and preservation tasks export. (4445690)

  • The authentication methods for our out-of-the-box integration with Aconex have been updated to support their recent changes to OAuth implementation. (4508247)
