In this release:

You can view and manage Preservations, and Non-Compliances created in SaaS at its full capacity in online and offline mode. For more information on preservations and non-compliances managers available in SCC, see Managers in Smart Completions Companion. (3165504, 3165521)

Preservations:

  • View and execute all preservation tasks associated with a project and its workflow status. You can search, browse, cancel, checkout, and edit a preservation task using Preservations manager.   • You can browse a preservation task by its location, and systemization. For more information, see Using Search in Smart Completions Companion Application. (3332323, 3332309)

  • You can create, and edit non-compliances for a preservation task. For more information, see View and manage NCs from Preservations. (3332363, 3166160)

Non-Compliances:

  • View and execute all non-compliance items associated with a project and its workflow status. You can search, browse, create, copy, checkout, and edit the non-compliances using Non-Compliances manager. For more information, see Non-Compliances.   • You will be notified through an email update when there is a change in workflow status of a non-compliance. (3333797)
