While upgrading an application from previous versions to Update 19, you might lose
the data which is out of sync.
If you are upgrading the application from your current version to Update 19, make sure you:

Disable the auto update of an application from the playstore.

Sync the offline data on the mobile device to the database.

Uninstall the current version of the application from the device.

Install the Update 19 version of the application on the device.
