Using the Project Communications manager, you can create and execute project communications both in online and offline modes.

Select the Project Communications manager to open the list view.

Select
icon at the top-right corner of the page to create a new project communication.

On the Create Project Communications page, enter all the required details.
You must enter the data of the mandatory fields that are marked in red.

Select Generate Forms to generate a Questionnaire form for the newly created project communication.

Select save.

The smart form is generated based on the type of project communication.

The Project Communication Type and Communication Status configuration is now made instance aware in the SaaS application, and the same configuration can be received using the mobile application based on the communication type and communication status of the selected instance or project in both online and offline modes.

The created project communications can be viewed in the list view.

Select Assets tab to view all the project communication related assets.
