Redline the PDF documents in SCC - Intergraph Smart Completions - Intergraph Smart Completions Android Update 4 - Help - Hexagon

You can redline (edit and annotate) the documents (PDF only) associated with SCC managers.

1. Open a PDF file from the Documents manager or from the Reference Documents tab of other SCC managers.

2. You can rotate and change the document view by selecting the gear settings icon located at the top-right corner of the page.

   

3. Select the Redline Document option to display the edit tool bar.

   

4. Using the edit options, annotate the document as required. For more information about using edit options, see Annotate the images.

   

5. Select Upload Document to save and upload the redlined PDF.

   

   • In online mode, the redlined document gets updated in SaaS application by default. Whereas in offline mode, it is updated upon the next synchronization.

   • Redlining a document creates the new copy of the base file and gets uploaded to SaaS. The base file remains unchanged in SCC managers.

   • To view the redlined documents, navigate to Documents > Document Redlines tab in SaaS application.
