You cannot edit a Non-Compliance that is Closed, Rejected or Checked out by another
user.

In the Non-Compliances page, select a Non-Compliance which is originated.
When you select a NC which is already checked out by another user, you see a message on screen stating "Cannot be edited as it has been checkout by another user: <username>".

Make changes to the Non-Compliances details. To edit the details, select any specific label, for example, Responsible Company.

A pop-up with all Responsible Companies list is shown on the screen. Select the required option from the list, and click OK.
You can select a single option at a time for all the edit lists of the Responsible Company.

Click Submit.
The Non-Compliance status is now shown in Yellow.

You can work your way further to the workflow, while accepting, rejecting, completing, or closing the workflow. The status of the workflow is shown accordingly.

Upload images from the Images tab, using the Take Pictures options from the As-Found Data or As-Left Data sections.

You can upload a maximum of two images at a time. After upload, the images are shown in carousel view.

A maximum size limit of 3 MB is set for each image.

You can replace the existing images that are associated with a non-compliance. Select the image to enable the edit options.

Select your preferred option and, then Select OK in the Alert message pop-up to proceed with the replacement.

Click Save in the top bar to save your changes.

In the Images tab, you can select an image by long press, which activates the delete icon.

Select all images you would like to delete, and then click delete icon.

Click Complete.

You can upload, annotate, or remove the images associated with a closed state Non-compliance, only if you have the manage rights. This functionality is available in both online and offline mode.
You must have the manage rights to perform the above said actions. Else, the image upload and annotate options are in disabled state.
