Log files are recorded by the application in the below explained scenarios:

Sync - When a sync is used to synchronize the data from your online or offline use of the device.

Update - When you update or edit details of payload information.

Error - When an error occurs during sync.
You can now upload these log files to send the synchronization records to your system administrator.
Upload log files

Click Sync Manager >
> Log Files.

Select the log files, and then click Upload.
A success message is displayed stating that your upload has been successful.
