You can view the work packages created in the SaaS application, and update them in the SCC application. And, you cannot create the work packages using the SCC application.

Tap Work Packages to view the work packages and their properties in a list view.
The Work Packages Module allows you to:

View all work packages associated with a project.

View work package details.

You can also locate a work package based on location, systemization, or WBS. For more information, see Browse by Location/ Systemization/ WBS.
You can search for specific work packages by using the column search and Search Work Packages options together. For more information, see Using Search in Mobile Application.

In the Work Packages list view, under PDF column, you can view the checklist PDF's associated with the particular work packages.
If there is no checklist PDF available for a particular work package in the SaaS
application, the PDF icon is not shown under the PDF column.
