Color coding helps to identify the progress of any Non Compliance. Smart Completions displays text for the status column in different colors as mentioned in the table below:

The above-mentioned workflow is the default behavior of the delivered workflow for Smart Completions. You can configure to add or remove one or more steps in the workflow by following the customization of workflow settings. For more information, see Updating Workflows for Smart forms.

You can customize the color codes to represent other states of the workflow. For example, you can set color Yellow to represent Accepted and Green to represent Submitted.

The non compliance workflow works similar to the punchlist workflow.
