Using Column Search
At the top of each column, you can enter your search keyword to filter the results. For example, if you need to edit all tasks that have been created from a specific task model, you can enter the Manager information. The system will sort all tasks associated with that Tag, and you can batch edit the tasks.
Using the Search
You can invoke the search from the bottom bar of each module to search for the Assets, Documents, Tasks, and Punchlists

Click on the Search icon on the bottom bar.

In the Search panel, select the search criteria. To enhance your search experience, you can now multi-select from the available search options.
For example, when searching for an asset, if you would select Document Type as a criterion for search. A pop-up box with all document types is displayed. You can now multi-select from the list of options available.

Once selected, you can choose to show on selected options by switching on the Show selected only bar.

The pop-up also displays the number of selected options out of the total list.

Alternatively, you can also search items for all managers based on the key in text.

Search query applies all the search criteria together while performing the search.

Click Search to view the search results.
