Annotations are the editing options used to edit the images. You can use this functionality in both online and offline modes.
You can annotate all the images associated with an assets, punchlists, or non-compliances for all the managers and save them.

Tap on the image which is associated with a manager in its edit window. It displays the Annotate button.

Tap Annotate to open the edit tool bar.

Select the Annotate list to choose editing options:

Draw
Insert geometrical shapes.
Fill and Sign
Insert a digital signature on the images.
Pens
Add a free hand text or highlight the images.
Favorites
Bookmark the repeated annotations.
While using signature annotation, remember that it does not hold any authorization
rights like the e-signature used for signing off a task in the smart form.

When you make a change on the image using annotations, the Undo and Redo options are enabled.
You cannot perform Undo/ Redo the changes once you save and close the annotated image.

to open Edit Annotate pop-up.

You can choose and edit the viewing order of the annotations icons on the edit tool bar.

Tap at the top-right column of the edit tool bar, to view more editing options highlighted for the selected annotation.

Select the drop-down of the annotation highlighted to view more edit options associated with it.
You can explore more edit options using the drop-downs for all the selected annotations.

Select Save.

"Image saved successfully!" message is displayed when you Save the annotations.

The saved annotated image gets updated in SaaS application as well.

You can perform annotations on an image multiple times. When you annotate the image again after saving the previous annotations, it includes the previous changes too.

Tap Cancel to undo all the edits.
A warning message is displayed stating "Discard unsaved annotations?". Select your preference to proceed or cancel the warning message.
