Create a Non Compliance

In the Preservation Summary tab, click Create NonCompliance.

In the Create NonCompliance pop-up page, select Yes.

In the Non-Compliance <NC id>page, type the required information with required fields.

In the As-Found Data and As-Left Data sections, add images using the Take Picture, or Choose image icons.

Click Get Location, to load the GPS data for the tag.

Click Save.

Click Submit, this updates the workflow.

Select Accept, Reject, or Cancel as required after entering the details. If you accept the changes, then follow the next steps. If rejected, the workflow is stopped at this step.

In the Comments section, enter your comments.

Click Complete. The workflow is now completed and an email is requested for the same.

Click Close, the workflow is closed.
Edit Non Compliance

Go to the Non-Compliance tab of the Preservation.

Select an NC you want to edit from the list view.

In the Non-Compliance page, edit the information in the smart form.

Click Save.
You can also edit a Non-Compliance from the steps completions tab.
