Click Non-Compliances page, click Create NC.

Enter the required NC details.
In the Non-Compliance tab, you can select a Task, Asset, Pack or Loop list to auto populate the related properties in the Location/Systemization Associations section.

Upload the images either by using Take Picture or Choose Image options.
You can also upload images from the Images tab. A maximum size limit of 3MB is set
for each image.

Click Save.
Copy a Non-Compliance
You can copy a NC while you are working offline.

In the Create a NC page, click Copy NC from the footer.

In the Copy of NC <NC ID> page, review that all information is copied from all tabs as is.
The images and reference documents of the original NC are not copied. Only the NC
details get copied when you use Copy NC button.

Click Submit. If required edit the details, and then click Save.

Click Complete.
