When a sync is used to synchronize the data from your online or offline use of the device, the application by default logs the API files. Also, when an error occurs during sync, an error file is also logged by the application. You can now upload these log files to send the synchronization records to your system administrator.
Upload log files

Click Sync Manager > > Log Files.

Select the log files, and then click Upload.
A success message is displayed stating that your upload has been successful.
