You can only create Smart Cloud Service Incidents or Service Requests if you have
access to Smart Community.
You can use the following information to raise an estate request with the Smart Cloud Support Team.

Click the Support button
on the Intergraph Smart Cloud Portal home page.
If you are a Smart Community user, you will be redirected to the Smart Community page, where you can create a Smart Cloud Service Incident or Service Request.

Type the Estate Support details in the specified boxes, and click Submit. A support ticket is generated and an email sent to your email address with the Estate Support details, such as the estate technical contact information.
