Displays properties for work breakdown structures. Work Breakdown Structure grouping is hierarchical. Objects are assigned at lower levels in the hierarchy, and higher levels automatically provide consolidation. The first level of grouping object is the project. Under the project level, you can nest additional types of groupings called WBS items. Typically, WBS grouping is used for activities at the end of the engineering phase, such as activities related to the generation of deliverables and construction techniques.
The order in which the properties display in your view depends on your configuration.
Approval State
Specifies the status of the selected object or filter. Changing this property sets the Status. The display depends on your access level. You might be unable to change the status of the object. The list is defined by the ApprovalStatus codelist.
Smart 3Dx saves an object to the database when you change that object's status. Use Undo (CTRL + Z) to reverse the status change.
You can only edit or manipulate an object with a status of Working.
Correlation Approval Status
Specifies whether the object is approved with discrepancies in the three-dimensional data compared with design basis data. The list is defined by the EFWCorrelationApprovalStatus sheet in the AllCodelist workbook.
Topology mismatch approved
Indicates that the object topology mismatch can be ignored.
Data and Topology mismatches approved
Indicates that the object data and topology mismatches can be ignored.
None
Indicates that you do not approve a mismatch.
Correlation Basis
Specifies whether the object is correlated to a P&ID object. The list is defined by the EFWCorrelationBasis select list.
Correlate Object
Indicates that the object has a correlating object in a P&ID.
No correlation is required
Indicates that the object does not have a correlating object in a P&ID.
Correlation Status
Specifies whether the object has been correlated to an object in a P&ID. The list is defined by the EFWCorrelationStatus select list.
Created By
Specifies the name of the person who created the object.
Date Created
Specifies the creation date of the object.
Date Last Modified
Specifies the date of the last modification to the object.
Hyperlink
Specifies the URL or local file path associated with the object. Click the hyperlink to open the page or object in your default browser. Point to the hyperlink to display the URL or path as a tooltip.
Description

Specifies the web address or local file name associated with the hyperlink. The URL must include the protocol, such as http: or https:, as well as the domain name. For example, https://hexagonppm.com/.
Last Modified By
Specifies the name of the person who last modified the object.
Name
Specifies the name of the selected object. If the name is too long to entirely display in the box, point to the box to display the complete name as a tool tip. If the name is not defined by a rule, User Defined displays. If this name is generated by a naming rule, Naming Rule displays. If you type a name in this box, Smart 3Dx automatically changes the naming rule to User Defined.
Project Purpose
Specifies either As-built or Project. Only one as-built WBS project is allowed per model. You cannot change purpose of the project after you create the project. This list is defined by the WBSProjectPurpose codelist.
Project Status
Specifies the current project status. This list is defined by the WBSProjectStatus codelist.
