Meaning: The software could not get or update the hole trace symbol, possibly because the symbol was not created correctly.

Recovery:

For a sketched hole:

1. Select the hole in error.
2. Re-sketch the hole in the 2D environment.

For a non-sketched hole:

1. Select the hole in error.
2. Select a different option from the Hole Clearance Rule list.
3. Click Finish.
