Meaning: Smart 3Dx was not able to reserve a license seat. Either the license server was not available or there was not a valid product license associated with your username. This error could also occur if there was an interruption in the network.

Recovery: Verify your network connection. If the issue persists, contact your license administrator for a product license. See the Intergraph Smart Licensing User's Guide for additional information on obtaining licenses.
