The View Manipulation toolbar displays at the bottom of the active graphic view. This toolbar contains some of the most commonly used commands, keeping them close to your work.
Select
Locates one or more objects in the model. You can only select those objects that match the Locate Filters.

Choose Select . Press SHIFT or CTRL, and click to select multiple objects.

Click Select and drag to place a fence that selects all objects that match your filter. Drag from left to right to place a blue fence that selects filtered objects that are fully inside the fence. Drag from right to left to place a green fence that selects all filtered objects inside the fence and all filtered objects that the fence overlaps.

Hover the cursor over an object to display QuickPick (CTRL + Middle Mouse).
Select cancels any running command without saving changes.

X-ray the model
Displays non-selected objects in a semi-transparent mode so that you can more easily examine the selected objects, their parts, and connections.
Helps you move, place, or modify objects with precision by displaying coordinate data at the pointer. Precision Input provides coordinate input to commands as you place objects.
